about Parihug

Parihug was founded in 2015 by Xyla Foxlin with one goal: bringing human touch back to digital communication. Current voice and video technology just simply didn't provide that same kind of warmth inherent to natural, in-person interactions. Frustrated by the lack of physical intimacy from loved ones in their own lives, the Parihug team focused on developing a method of allowing two people to hug one another, from anywhere in the world. The result was Pari, the pairable, huggable plushy that connects anyone who misses someone.
